Group Sessions / Personal Training for Individuals
Group Sessions: Some people prefer to work out with a friend, or need to in order to afford instruction.
3 people $25 per person $200 per person 10-session rate
Private Sessions with a trainer are time-efficient. 45 minutes spent performing the right exercises in the right way with a qualified trainer will result in more progress than several hours spent working out on your own. Weight training, fitness boxing, and combination workouts are available.
$45 per session $400 10-session rate
Sweat Box Training
Strength training and conditioning in a heated room to enhance muscular strength and endurance.
Class times: Monday - 7:30 p.m. Wednesday - 7:30 p.m. Saturday - 8:00 a.m.
$20 per class; $15 for Wellness Forum members
Class Location: The Wellness Forum 510 East Wilson Bridge Road Suite G
Students need to register in advance by calling (614) 841-7700.
Bring a yoga mat, 2 towels and water.
Yoga mats and towels are available for rent and water is available for sale if you do not have these things.
