Athletic Training Programs: Athletic talent is important, but training determines how an athlete will compete. Today there is more competition than ever, necessitating a personalized, outcome-based approach to training, with a focus on overall conditioning and the application of sports-specific skills. Programs are custom-designed based on the age of the athlete, objectives, and the particular sport(s) involved. Pricing is determined according to objectives and staffing requirements.

Kids Fitness: Boxing gives children the self confidence and self assurance they need not only to become well rounded adults, but it provides them with the building blocks to continue on with a healthy, productive lifestyle.
$35 per session $300 10-session rate
Boxing For Soccer: Learn to apply fundamentals of fitness boxing to soccer in order to improve performance. For ages 10-17.
Class time is 5:00 p.m. Sundays
$20 per person per class
